Can the Gaurzam Dai use dwarf only magic items,spells and feats?zephyrmev

I dunno. First question to ask would be "do they have the "dwarf blood" special ability, or are they a dwarven subrace?"

If yes, then sure, why the heck not?

Garzaum Dai are not actually dwarves, but they are closely related. As a DM I would rule that yes, they can use Dwarven magic items, but I would put the final choice up to the individual game master.
