I just wanted to reach out and let any of you Chicagoland folks aware of a screening of Whisperer in the Darkness I am trying to put together for Monday 8/20 in celebration of Lovecraft's birthday. Currently the showing won't take place until we reach 60 seats reserved by 8/13. If we don't reach the goal, the screening won't happen. Right now we are 2/3 the way there, needing 19 more seats. So if your in Chicago and are a Lovecraft fan, Let's make it happen!

I organized this through a service called Gathr. In short: no one is charged until we hit the goal of 60 seats and the screening gets the "greenlight." Think of it as a Kickstarter for private movie screenings.

Hey, I'm sure folks can get confused and just google it themselves like I did ...but that is not Des Plaines it is Rosemont.
Minor difference, a couple people at our game can point out the difference.
