How to contact a board administrator ?

Post by Silenttimo »

Hi,

I couldn't find where or how to contact a board administrator : I'd like to be able to send PMs, I'd like not to have every message I write to be approved (I have lost one already, never approved).

Thanks in advance !

You're off to a good start -- you have my attention. 8)

In order to send PMs you need to have a minimum of three approved posts, which means you are 2/3 of the way there already. We do this so that the SPAM dudes don't blast your mailbox with junk. (Turns out that there are hundreds of SPAM posts that hit the boards each week that you never see because we spray for them behind the curtain. Just imagine the fun if they could PM you as well.)

Anyway, post another something noteworthy and you get to become a real person.

Well, I did (on the "DCC adventures thread"), but this 3rd message needs approval.

I guess it's like in elementary school, when I had to raise my hand to go to the loo...
