OSRIC

Post by jason.richardson »

Hello fellow gamers,

I figure with the "old-school" vibe that's associated with DDC some of you gamers might have given OSRIC a try or maybe printed it out to get a group of players together to start a campaign.

If so, how'd it go? What do you think of OSRIC? I think it would fit nicely with the Known World.

I think OSRIC is a great fit with C&C and any more 1e conversions Goodman does. Or if Goodman does more than 3 C&C modules.
Castles and Crusades is my game of choice!

If you like 1e AD&D, you'll like OSRIC. Really, that about it.

I like OSRIC. My group won't go for it however. I'm thankful they are willing to play Castles & Crusades.

I must admit, my heart has been and always will be with 1st edition AD&D so OSRIC is looking very good.

The nice thing about Castles & Crusades is it will allow the porting if any edition of a module with little work.
