Artwork Request ...

Post by Arakor »

The Phoenix Games Club is looking for some fantasy artwork. We're particularly looking for artwork to decorate our website and flyers.

Unfortunately the Phoenix Games Club doesn't have much in the way of funds to commission such artwork so if you're prepared to do some artwork for kudos, recognition, personal gallery and a small fee, rather than lots and lots of cash; we'd like to hear from you.

Please email pgc_sec@phoenixgamesclub.org.uk with your details and a small sample of your artwork for the Committee's consideration.

Are you just looking for 'generic' spot illustrations... like clip art with a fantasy theme? A dragon, a dude with a sword, a rampaging orc, a wizard, etc...?

Or more fully developed stuff...?

Beyond fantasy into other genres?

Color or B/W?

Size/scale? Print versus web are going to have differences in scale, obviously.

I'd be willing to do some, especially moreso the 'clip art' type... :D

Good question, has a sort of odd answer.

The Phoenix Games Club has been building up it's brand in the past 2-3 years. Our logo is pretty iconic (see the website) and we're looking at expanding that brand.

I suppose that B/W clipart is needed for the flyers and stuff, but in terms of the website stuff, we'd need an overall theme with spot colour clipart.

That help any ???
