Wow, you're having a nasty time with porn spammers. I've never seen that happen as much...
Anyway, is there special software that prevents spam on forums?

This IS the special software.
We upgraded the forums about 18 months ago to a version with better anti-spam software, and they held strong until the last couple weeks. I guess the spammers have improved their methods...

Yeah, they have more hitpoints now, and upgraded from feats to using per-encounter exploits.

Fortunately I just finished my Banish Spammer ritual. It had a casting time of about two weeks, and I kept blowing the Computer Use check to make it work, but it's done now.
We should be clean for a while.
If not, I've got some crow pie ready to eat.
