Hey guys

Post by Arawn76 »

I can't seem to view the 4E forum. Apparently I "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum."

Is that right? It doesn't look like its meant to be restricted.

Thanks

I'm guessing there is some inner circle we must ascend to, before we get permission.... Perhaps Jack Chick was right...

Alternately -- and this is a long shot, fellas -- its just something that's kerflooey in the interweb hoojiwhutz that disembojakles our browsers until the code-monkeys reset it properly.

Weirdly I understood that.

What's really weird is that I just noticed I'm the most recent poster in the 4E Board... but I don't have access... :?

So... who else is me and did they become me voluntarily? ...If they say they did, that's pretty far fetched....

You all had to make 8th level, to access the real power.

No doubt. The sad thing is that there *are* kids out there that need help from adults, and persecuting RPGs isn't getting them help.

Treebore,

Dude, don't let something like that sour you. I have been labeled more than once as a fundamentalist Christian, and that's an accurate description. Yet I’ve been playing AD&D or nowadays C&C since I was ten or eleven (1979-1980).

I've never been sure what is up with those Jack Chick tracts for they are blatantly false. I’m sure the concern is for people finding their way into witchcraft or other such practices from playing RPGs. I don’t know if or how often such things occur, but the approach the Chick organization took did nothing but cause hysteria from the ignorant and provoke ridicule and distain from those who had played D&D.

I'd reply to all this... But I can't. I'm fighting the Zombie.
