Hey, this is great!

Will the list of what's on sale be updated if an item goes out of stock? I may not be able to pull together an order until later in the month....

Thanks.

Yes, it will be updated as things sell out (like Broncosaurus Rex, which will be switched over tonight).

What's the ETA on delivery? It's been five weeks since my order. There's nothing about the $3 sale on the site any more, but I haven't gotten any news other than the receipt from Paypal.

Drop me a line with the date of your order and the email address you placed it from, and I'll look it up. We got slammed with orders from the sale -- which is both good and bad! All our shipping is backed up (there was a blurb on the store for a while) but we're plowing through it steadily.

I had time to look it up now. Your order went out the week of July 23, so it should be there any time now. I've had a couple other people from that same week's shipments say they haven't seen their orders yet, so I suspect the post office we ship from might have had some issue. But it is en route and should arrive soon.

Cool. I just got an email from Keith... the new shipping guy! He wrote to confirm that my order from the $3 sale has been sent out and apologized for the delay. I wasn't worried about it but it's nice that the time was taken to send me a note.

It's nice that this sale looks to have done well. Thanks!

Wow... just got my package this morning! Much faster than I expected. Very happy with the stuff I got and I'm glad I decided to take advantage of the sale while I could. Some of the things that I got from the sale where the various 'Complete Guides'. I think I'll be dropping a bit of cash and a get a few more from the series that I've looking at (like the Drow and Beholder voulmes)

Thanks again!

Same here Joe :(

Ordered July 3, 2007. I know you mentioned delays in getting things shipped and that it went out via parcel post, but at almost two months I am getting a bit concerned.

That's really unfortunate... I hope in your case, it was just a mix up with USPS and that it gets sorted out; that Book of Templates is really cool.
