Hey, this is great!
Will the list of what's on sale be updated if an item goes out of stock? I may not be able to pull together an order until later in the month....
Thanks.

Drop me a line with the date of your order and the email address you placed it from, and I'll look it up. We got slammed with orders from the sale -- which is both good and bad! All our shipping is backed up (there was a blurb on the store for a while) but we're plowing through it steadily.Whizbang Dustyboots wrote:What's the ETA on delivery? It's been five weeks since my order. There's nothing about the $3 sale on the site any more, but I haven't gotten any news other than the receipt from Paypal.

I had time to look it up now. Your order went out the week of July 23, so it should be there any time now. I've had a couple other people from that same week's shipments say they haven't seen their orders yet, so I suspect the post office we ship from might have had some issue. But it is en route and should arrive soon.Treebore wrote:My e-mail (paid via Paypal) is b o r z o i a d d i c t at yahoo.
I know your at GenCon now, but if you could get back to me next week?

Cool. I just got an email from Keith... the new shipping guy! He wrote to confirm that my order from the $3 sale has been sent out and apologized for the delay. I wasn't worried about it but it's nice that the time was taken to send me a note.
It's nice that this sale looks to have done well. Thanks!

Wow... just got my package this morning! Much faster than I expected. Very happy with the stuff I got and I'm glad I decided to take advantage of the sale while I could. Some of the things that I got from the sale where the various 'Complete Guides'. I think I'll be dropping a bit of cash and a get a few more from the series that I've looking at (like the Drow and Beholder voulmes)
Thanks again!

That's really unfortunate... I hope in your case, it was just a mix up with USPS and that it gets sorted out; that Book of Templates is really cool.Festivus wrote:Eeep, but I really wanted that book of templates. Eh... I will email him and see if he can see whats up. Thanks for the suggestion.Treebore wrote:E-mail Joe, I did. I got a refund.
