Re: Core rulebook .pdf

Changed the app I was using to read it and problem solved! For anyone making the same mistake as me, the Adobe reader app does what you need (I was using GoodReader before). GoodReader seems to be displaying the bookmarks just fine on my iPad Pro. (Though sadly, it appears the app might have been a...

Re: NPC exposition and endless flavor text

As it relates to backstory, my guidance (and guidance I've always received) is to try to keep it to less than one page (ideally about 500 words max). In addition, try to keep it relevant to pieces than that the PCs may encounter somewhere in the adventure. Example: If you're explaining how the The G...

I'm with Daniel on this one - carrying around a PC corpse is bad mojo - Luck scores would almost certainly be affected in my game, as would the patrons of the formerly-deceased.

I love Aereth. I was telling Harley at GaryCon that I think this is the modern equivalent of the "Drow" series in terms of scope and ambition. I haven't run it yet, but I'm really enjoying reading it.

Re: LAUNCH THE FRIKING KICKSTARTER ALREADY OH MY GOD

Will the various play test adventures be available? Several games were run at various game conventions. Children of the Fallen Sun, The Apocalypse Ark, Hive of the Overmind. Im sure several others. Those would be great 'add ons'. I'm prepping Children of the Fallen Sun as a standalone adventure to ...

Hello Frawgs Fans, Wanted to let you know that I’ve updated Attack of the Frawgs to the “2015 Edition”. It includes the following changes: Digest sized format. I use the Commenting features quite liberally on my PDF - just insert comments where i have custom rules or clarifications I want to make. I know it's not what you're asking for, but it might suffice as an alternative approach.

Re: DCC RPG 4th printing: What do you want?

My suggestion would be more for the PDF that get's generated with the release. I've mentioned this elsewhere, but the page numbers on the PDF don't match the actual page numbers (therefore, if the text says, "See page 200", you actually have to go to PDF page 204). This would be an easy ch...

Re: DCC RPG Player Handbook PDF?

I use the PDF almost exclusively - it looks great on PCs, Macs, and iPad (GoodReader). As mentioned it has bookmarks and indexes. The only (very minor) complaint I have is that the printed page numbers are off from the pdf page number (i.e., going to pdf page 20 takes you to printed page 16). That's...

Hey there. I'm reprinting Frawgs in a couple weeks so I'm doing some layout tweaks (removing watermark... Adding some new art, etc.) Any suggestions you'd like to see while the patient is open, so to speak?
