Re: Free product?
From what I remember it is supposed to be a pdf version of Punjar: the Tarnished Jewel This would come in very handy at the moment since I am currently working on a Punjar players handout since we are going to run through the 3 Punjar modules in succession with some new players in our group.

Re: interactive punjar map
Yes different is better. Goodman gamers are a slightly different breed. I want my DM screen to reflect that. In addition to different art make it with some weight. I will gladly pay a few extra bucks for a screen that doesn't fall over every time I exhale. Yeah, I think that's it. I dont think we w...

Re: Scions of Punjar
Just bring the module over before you run it and I'll help you expand the encounter areas and monsters: I had a lot of fun tinkering with the last one. Cool cool, since we are going to go through Sellswords of Punjar again I was more than happy to leave the map at your place so you could re-draw it...

Re: What are your top ten DCC modules?
I'll start with a Top 1 for the 3.5 DCC's, and that's the $2 module The Transmuter’s Last Touch by Jeff LaSala. Running this module was my first time ever dm'ing for a group, and I think for a simple 1st level dungeon crawl this specific one was really a lot of fun and very well put-together. My gro...

Re: DCC and Pathfinder
That's definitely true regarding GG products, they are really the best written around, that's why I solely run DCC's with my group. I'm just not a fan of the writing I've seen in Pathfinder. The campaign Setting book is pretty cool though, i.e. Wayne Reynolds is awesome.

Re: DCC and Pathfinder
The thing that is cool about Shackled City is that it is a hardcover adventure path, I'd love to see more of that for 4E.

Re: DCC and Pathfinder
I sure hope not, Goodman Games has moved on to 4th Edition, thankfully. I'd hate to see time and effort wasted on Pathfinder instead of more cool things like Master Dungeons, the DCC's, Death Dealer and stuff like that. I know that some of the freelance writers are also working on Pathfinder, but I'...

Re: Thanks for the $2.00/$5.00 PDF sale!
I know there was discussion before, without a definite answer, regarding updating some of the 3.5 DCC's to 4th Edition. I would love to see something along the lines of DCC #8 Mysteries of the Drow. Whether it's that one or something new, I'd love to see more 'Underdark' modules. Here's an idea if y...

Re: Scions of Punjar
Jason, Although Harley beat me to it, as author I'd like to add my bit. The original design of the encounter (IIR correctly) had something like 8 skeletons, which was a suitable encounter for 3.5. In the 4E version of the encounter (with a suitable EL), we now have 17 creatures. Big difference. And...

Re: interactive punjar map
I just want something with different art, so when I run the DCC's with my group, it goes a long with the feel of the game, whereas the WotC one is used by the dm in my group who is running Scales of War.

Scions of Punjar
I recently sat down to read through this adventure in preparation to running it for my group, and I must say, this is a really well-written adventure. My group has been asking me when I'm going to continue the Punjar adventures, as I ran Sellswords of Punjar when it first came out. I especially love...
