Thanks all for the fine discussion. I am now settled on getting this. Even if I never run it, I HAVE to support a system that makes things fun and simple.

Here's hoping I can bring my group around to C&C!!!

Hey Vogless, All the major maps for the DCC's are on the site, with the exception of the "The Halls of the Minotaur". I will re-email these to Joe to make sure they get put up soon. They, in my humble opinion, rock on toast!!!!! Easily worth the cost of an ink cartridge to see the look on ...

Yes, Trophies indeed with the Hunter of Worlds. Great adventure!! Feels like Predator 2 with better writing, and less Danny Glover.

(but email me for my maps if you will be doing it within the next few weeks as the website for maps is 2-3 weeks off)

C&C and DCC's - pros and cons

Hello all, Lots of talk about Castles and Crusades. I'm considering picking it up, but wanted to know a little more about the system and why people are so high on it right now? Ease of play? streamlined? More roleplaying friendly vs roll playing friendly? Had nice conversation with Bruce Cordell, Ar...

Inquiring minds want to know, including those on the Dundjinni website.

Mind you, I'm not bitchin, just hoping for an update. :D

Don't know about the others groups, but my group is doing well with no fatalities, and is just about to enter the spider caves and then to level 3. I enjoyed very much the mummy dragon in DCC #13, The Crypt of the Devil Lich.

Throw in the fact that there is a BIG battlemap for the room that you can download and it's a no brainer!

Lethal dragon that has a breath weapon of bone shards!!!! YES!!!!
