Karlitch Eldronson

Prologue : Sons of the Father Karlitch held his hands close to the fire, letting feeling come back into his fingers. He was often-called a ‘corn fed country boy’ for his height and heavy build; despite that, he rather wished that he had been less a country boy and more a city slicker. Karlitch had ...

Milos, The Wizard

You there, traveler, step closer… Now now, I can see that look in your eyes. No I’m not here to pick your pocket. Nor am I interested in that hag of a wife you are toting along with you. Your daughter on the other hand…no no nooo, I jest I can see you thinking “dirty Pikey”, “lazy Rom” or “shiftless...

The Fighter Rogue (No Name Yet)

Discuss your family. Are they still alive? What are their names and what do they do? “That is a good question. I don’t know. The last time I saw me mum. She was banging her bum on the end of the gang plank. She went on ta make an incredibly healthy splash I must say. Is she aliiive? I suppose et’s ...

Renshai's Known Realms Campaign

I am gearing up to start my Known Realms Campaign next weekend. While I don't have the campaign setting quite yet, I think the previews and what the authors have posted in addition to the DCC adventures themselves is enough to get started with. I have a number of house rules that I'm using with this...

There aren't any PDFs available for purchase other than the DCCs that are currently out. The Known Realms has not been released to PDF yet. That was just me begging for it to be released. ;)

Joseph, Is there any chance of making DCC 35 available as a PDF sooner since it seems like it may arrive sooner at your warehouse? I have a copy coming in to my local game store, but I also like having my books in PDF if possible. That would be cheaper than having to order it priority mail. :) Thank...

I am really liking the Cinai Barbarians. The fact that they go to the Scourgelands and call out the orcs and ogres to fight is pretty nifty.

I doubt it. They are notorious for listing things as available and then not having them ready.

I try to buy all of my DCC's from my LGS. The only one I haven't bought was 17.5 and they just didn't have that one on the shelf.

So far they haven't gotten the reprting of Idylls of the Rat King either. I may end up having to order that one too.

Thanks for the update, Joespeh. I'll be waiting imaptiently to get it. Although I won't be starting a game until January, at least I'll have good reading material for the rest of the year.

Oh, do you have any plans on releasing this as a PDF in the meantime?

Oh and Captain Gore sounds like a really fun villain. A minotaur with a peg-leg. That is one that I would never, ever forget. So, tell us more of this pirate haven Jeff. Are we talking Freeport, or something along the lines of Freeport? I think Freeport would fit perfectly in the Known Realms. On an...

You make a good point. That IS what modules are for. I especially agree with using published adventurers to avoid the prep time required to make NPCs with the current edition of D&D. Damn you Wizards of the Coast. Don't I know it. The very thought of creating stat blocks is the reason I run modifie...

Ah, that explains it. At first I thought you were joking. ;)

Even if you do write your adventures, I'd suggest picking up the DCCs. I've stolen alot of ideas/puzzles and monsters from them already.
