Perils of the Sunken City is 18 pages. The Ooze Pits of Jonas Gralk and A Gathering of the Marked will likely be 24 pages.

Re: Purple Sorcerer Games: The Sunken City Starting Adventur

For all those who have requested a printed version of Perils of the Sunken City, it IS coming! What should be the final proof is on its way, so it should be a matter of days now. :) On the plus side, things should be much speedier for future print versions! Here's the cover from the penultimate proo...

Re: Stringing adventures brainstorm ~jferngler stay out~

He means it ferngler! (Sorry, for some reason that just made me laugh...) That sounds like a good string to me. (Doom of the Savage Kings is fun one!) And I like how you're thinking in terms of good sources for replacements of beginning characters. Before DCC RPG I'd never considered such a thing. :)

Thanks to everyone who has contacted me about 'strangeness' in the generator. I think we've gone a long way toward cleaning up the thing. :)

As you use the generator, feel free to share ideas that arise about additional useful features.

perhaps you should put a link to the kickstarter on the pdf's of the character sheets generated by your web tools or get people to register with an email address before downloading any pdf's so you can send them a email about the kickstarter! That's thinking like a true backer! ;) I have a link to ...

Re: Updating the old modules?

Yeah, if I remember correctly, Joseph stated that the new DCC RPG adventures would strive to have there own "vibe", so they wouldn't be reprinting conversions of the old adventures. That being said, I'm sure pretty much every one can be tweaked with very little effort to fit the new rules. And I'm s...

Re: European stockists of new DCC RPG adventures

Same here. The problem is, they are all out of stock at the moment except for The People of the Pit. Dcc is proving to be very popular in the UK. Yeah, I've seen a boost in characters generated from the U.K. in the last couple weeks. Good sign for the game, but I'm sure not so nice for folks trying...

Re: PSG: The Crawler's Companion Kickstarter is live!

We're over 35% of the way there folks! If current pledge trend continue, we'll need about 50 more backers to get this off the ground. :) I'm keeping my eyes open for additional places to get the word out, and we've had some great links from a number of fine blogs. I appreciate everyone who has taken...

Re: PSG: The Crawler's Companion Kickstarter is live!

It's great that a combat tracker is going to be added. What I have always wanted from combat tracking and dice apps Is the ability to push the dice result to other players using the same app over a local wifi network or better still the internet. That would be a fantastically useful feature and I'd...

Re: mercurial magic

It's true that some of the results are essentially 'spell-killers' - where the costs are so high that casting the spell is simply impracticable. This might make sense for a very powerful spell with earth-shattering effects, but if one of your close buds bites it every time you cast magic missile, it...

Thanks Harley and Rev! Glad you enjoyed the video Harley. My kids (especially my daughter) love being in front of the camera. Devices that are successfully testing the Crawler's Companion include the Kindle Fire, Nook Color, a "cheapy momo9-ish" tablet, and smaller form...

Re: Higher Level PC Generator for DCC?

Well, if you find these helpful... I rolled up a Level 1 Wizard with a 16 Stamina (meaning at least 3 hit points gained per level), but he only had four hit points. Another wizard had a 5 Stamina (so a maximum of 2 hit points per level), but 5 hit points. Maybe the Stamina bonus isn't factored in p...
