I think a retro mini set would be really cool!! I don't have time for painting either, but I'd still buy. It would be cool if they were pre painted plastic ones like WOTC are making. Each of the core classes and races would be cool. Along with the "old school" monsters. Like owlbears, skel...

You could use a steampower slot for intergrated armor that has no penilties.

I was going to do a homemade world with mechs, but I really love the Dragonmech world, so I'm sticking with Highpoint.

I think scars and war wounds would be up to the players. If your character get beat down alot I think it would be good role playing to make up a minor scar, limp, etc....

I just wanted to say the DragonMech pregen characters on the free materials page are great. They will make great bases for detailed NPC's and ideas to give my PC's.
