Re: 5e Conversion looking for play-testers.

Yep, I have the first 4 levels and sub levels completed (and now play-tested) but the project got put on the back burner after sending GG a message hoping for their support and backing and did not receive a reply. Was hoping with GG's support we could have released an official 5e conversion PDF of j...

Re: 5e Conversion looking for play-testers.

Well, I'd think if they are not down for it, then you can't just go around selling it. It is their IP, after all. But I suppose that's between you and them. That was not my intention, I think you confused what I meant. Without an agreement with GG then I would only release the conversion document, ...

Re: 5e Conversion looking for play-testers.

I have sent a message to info@goodman-games.com about it and wanted to get them in on the marketing effort. My ultimate goal is to re-release the entire PDF reformatted and converted to 5e. (Which I am already doing as I convert each level.) Also fixing all the directional description mistakes and t...

5e Conversion looking for play-testers.

Hello everyone, I am currently working on a professional conversion of the entire box set of Castle Whiterock over to 5e. Not just re-skinning monsters but overhauling everything to fall in line and be balanced with the 5e rules. I am looking to begin play-testing of the first few levels of the cast...

Re: DCC#27 Showcase in Dungeon Stone

Petra's latest update on the adventure... I dreamt of the ocean several nights ago. I could feel the sway of it against my legs, the taste of salt water on my lips, and the sound of seagulls crying out. But the colors were muted as if I were watching the world from inside a cloud. The blue sky, whit...

DCC#27 Showcase in Dungeon Stone

Thought I would post some pics of our latest session where I am running them through DCC#27 Revenge of The Rat King.

This setup was using a combination of Dwarven Forge and Dungeon Stone plus my own wood creations... Such as the stairs, pits and platforms.

Re: Gamestation Dice came today and I am sad

Got mine and it looks way more plastic flashing/spurs whatever than should be acceptable. I mean come on if a dice has that big a spur on it then how is it going to role fair and if I cut it off I still have a crappy dice. They should trim them at least for the cost. I mean dice are not that much to...

Atlanta Playtest With Joseph 06/20/2011

I will start off with my review/thoughts and add the other players that were part of my crew as they come in to me. Myself - I played a 2nd level thief named Flavious who was an ...

Re: Critical Hits and Burning Luck

In todays playtest in Atlanta. Joseph clarified that luck can be used before or after the roll and it could apply to a save or attack roll but not to a critical hit. Like wise I doubt it could be used for hitpoints either since that is a permanent effect and luck is kind of a once off fickle thing. ...
