I used the Good Reader App. It allows you to edit PDFs a bit. I lined through and made comments on the PDF and included text blocks.

No, not to my knowledge. The One Ring has an easy way to do this, Pendragon a more complex one.

I use both, but the forum end has seriously dropped off. I think there is more of an impression, true or not, that the G+ is more open and liberal with topics and content as long as it has to do with the game. I like using the TN method because then I can grant extra bonuses for collaborative efforts. Sometimes I have the assistants roll a die to see how much they are actually helping and sometimes I just add a couple or subtract a couple from the main participants TN roll.

Take a look at the Swordsmen and Sorcerors of Hyperborea for dwarves, and the Liberation of the Demon Slayer for elves. Both works pain those demi-humans in a nonTolkien light and more of a darker side of mythology.

I think the rates would be how often you think they cast spells. Murdehobo PCs are like lawn darts from space, but others, though they study magic may not have the need to cast spells that very often.

So, I have some other questions, since I have no idea where to place them officially I am putting them here.
Sentinel Class: the class has a Sense Motive Ability, but its not described anywhere. What does this do?

OK so I reread this section again. The part that threw me off was the mention of taking damage. That refers to the characters lore die increasing. Well it wasn't made more clear! Its in print, it will be interpreted by the letter of the written word. All non Luck burn to Deed Die roll people are heretics! Hrumph!

Adding +1 to a roll of 19 would not make it a natural 20, it would only make it a total of 20. No critical hit or automatic hit, the total just becomes 20. I would still allow it for deed die because Luck can be used to modify a die roll and the deed die is a die roll. I do however think its a waste...
