Boo... I have to say I liked the uncolored version more then the colored one. Too much red. It's still awesome mind you... Just not as awesome as I hoped.

As for other forums... meh. Lately I've found a lot of forums devolve into arguing about rules and how they're supposed to be used or intended to be used or whatever and not about how to make fun game nights. I don't think I agree with you. I think it has more to do with class than rules. And more ...

I know I've seen a number of games happening on G+ (haven't gottent to take part in them yet though )

G+ is quickly becoming a big avenue for online games.

I have to say reading the DCC RPG rulebook actually brought back a lot of feeling I had reading the red box for the very first time... A lot of it had to do with the artwork I think. I have to completely agree with this... Reading this game took me way back. That weird slightly trippy dream like feeling the older rules had. My imagination immediately started going wild.

This and your other stuff = awesome.

The playtest materials look really nice from what I've read so far.

I picked up the PDF yesterday, and I have to say after reading though it my excitement only grew... I need to get a physical copy as soon as possible!

Sooo... in a week I start stalking my FLGS hoping to pick up a copy of the game!

(I was unaware of the game for the pre-order... but have heard/read so many awesome sounding things about it I just can't wait to get a hold of it.)
