Another Monk Question-Secret Weapon Technique
One of our PCs is a Monk and he chose Secret Weapon Technique, the technique he chose was Magic Weapon +1. Do the secret techniques only work on non-magical weapons or does it stack with magical weapons? He just acquired a a magic staff and I didn't see anything about the secret technique with magic...

Not a big deal, I think it's a cool idea but the intelligence may be a bit high IMO. Not sure if it even matters, but when I think of eels I think animal intelligence, and I think though it's a mechanical element (stat) I think it's more in the flavor of an eel to be a bit dumber LOL.

Armed Open Hand: You may add your Open Hand damage to opportunity attacks, attacks that you have readied, and attacks against targets that are marked. Ok is this in lieu of the weapon being wielding, or is it added to the weapon being wielded? i.e. I have a dagger doing 1d4, would my damage simply ...
