If the setting does not match what your are looking for, the rules themselves may still. There is a chapter at the end that explains how to alter the rules for your own applications.

I personally don't have Adobe Acrobat, but you can accomplish this by going into the Acrobat options and changing Jpeg2000 compression with Jpeg compression. Then re-save the file.

It is most definitely possible to view Amethyst on your Ipad...

The problem stems from a compatibility issue with the Jpeg2000 compression and the Ipad.
